 If with reprogramming you mean flashing car data or, in other words, J2534 flashing of car software, for now it seems to be possible for GM, BMW and Mercedes. Should be more brands available soon.

You can do more brands, but this is on payment basis by the car makers (using the J2534 device), not via the Autel diagnostics, which are using the Autel server and are free to use (integrated in the diagnostics).
